Then you could do worse than attend one of David Ochiltree’s Art classes. In David’s view there’s no such thing as ‘can’t’. He turns up to every class with a brand new project, providing the opportunity to work with media you may never have been brave enough to attempt before, and making his own materials available for you to borrow. Offering his students titbits from his encyclopaedic knowledge of art history, together with amusing anecdotes of his own experiences with art, he turns every one of his lessons into a pleasurable event. At the same time, he is on hand with advice on techniques and masses of encouragement. Not a soul ever leaves without feeling good about what they have achieved.
